Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To stop the next renewal, cancel it in your customer account before the next order is processed. You can also request cancellation by emailing sebastian@unitedequineproducts.com or calling 01568 268903. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals; an order already processed or dispatched is not automatically cancelled. Your statutory rights, including any applicable right to cancel an online order during the legal cooling-off period, are not affected. See our Refund Policy for details.
